We participate in the Cyprus Breakfast programme – A small table at the entrance of the breakfast room welcomes and introduces you to the art of making traditional Cyprus coffee. Home-made traditional cakes, pies and sweets such as ‘halloumopitta’ and ‘kateifi’, are prepared each morning by the Executive Chef and his team. Cyprus Breakfast continues with home baked bread accompanied with crushed olives (elies tsakkistes) and local cheese such as grilled halloumi and fresh anari. Summertime fruit includes grapes, melons and watermelons procured daily from local farmers only when in season, that is from June till September.
Elea breakfast Restaurant also hosts themed buffet evenings occasionally.
